Shipping Information
Whenever possible, we ship orders via FedEx. Our policy is to strive for the best possible combination of price and service for your shipment.
"Overnight" shipments will arrive the next business day after departing Uplanders Warehouse. (excluding weekends and holidays) "2 Day" air shipments arrive in two business days after departing Uplanders Warehouse. On-time delivery for both methods is guaranteed by FedEx.

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of online placement. Orders must be placed by 1pm (CST) Monday-Friday in order to be eligible for that day's "Overnight" or "2 Day" air shipments. Orders placed on the weekends will not be shipped until Monday, so please take this into consideration when specifying expedited shipping requests.
Multiple Shipments
Because Uplanders Warehouse ships from multiple locations, shipments may arrive in more than one package. Please wait a few days for all packages to arrive. If you ever have a question about a shipment or any additional packages, just shoot us an email or give us a call.
Damaged Shipments
If an item reaches you in damaged condition, save the shipping carton and give us a call or shoot us an email before you do anything with it. This is necessary so that we don't lose our right to file a claim with the carrier. All claims for damaged goods or shortages must be made with the carrier within ten days of invoice date. Uplanders Warehouse will handle the claim process and get you a replacement product as soon as possible.
FedEx Rates
The domestic shipping rates apply to orders shipped within the 48 contiguous states via FedEx Ground. Our online shopping system will automatically apply shipping rates based on the weight of your order, location, and shipping method of choice - allowing you to see the total cost of your order prior to submitting it and obtaining an Order Number.

Sales Tax
Because Uplanders Warehouse is located in and operates in Montana (a state with no sales tax), we are not required to collect sales tax on purchases from any state. No tax is just another way to save money on your upland gear purchases!

Uplanders Warehouse Return Policy
Most items on our website come with Uplanders Warehouse 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, we'll refund your money or exchange almost any item. We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on shotgun shells and ammunition.
| How to Return Merchandise |
| We encourage you to re-use your original shipping carton and enclose your original packing slip or a copy of your packing slip in the shipping carton. If you do not have your packing slip, please include a separate piece of paper with your printed name and address, your order number, and a brief reason for your return or exchange. Wrap the package securely, make sure it is addressed to the address below. |

If the package was damaged in shipment please call us at 1.800.701.2761 or contact us by email before returning the product (we may be able to get the shipping company to return it for us no charge ;)
If we made a mistake on your order, we will gladly reimburse return shipping charges.
If you are exchanging your item for a different size, color or product, we'll get the exchange product shipped out to you as soon as we receive the original return.
At times, manufacturer warranties (that come with the product), will override our own warranty. In any case, ship the item back to Uplanders Warehouse and we'll take care of you.

Simply give us a call or send us an email and tell us exactly what you're looking for. Once we receive this information, you can expect to be contacted within 24-48 hours with availability and price.
