There are a mountain of features behind the exterior of this Browning Bird'n Lite Jacket - starting with the weight distribution technology system that makes packing a load in the field down-right enjoyable. The Bird 'n Lite jacket is rugged yet lightweight with a cotton/polyester shell fabric. There are blaze orange shoulder overlays for great visibility - and enough blaze orange to satisfy all state requirements at this time.
The Bird'n Lite jacket has a front-loading, blood proof game bag that zips open for easy access and cleaning. The weight-distribution technology secures your load with load stabilizing straps accessed from the front of the jacket, and a full weight belt built into the jacket. An internal sternum strap completes the weight distribution features.
The jacket also has oversized cargo/shell pockets with internal shell loops and snap closures. There is also a built-in rucksack with elastic top and buckle strap closure. The front of the jacket has a full zipper in addition to a transmitter pocket with antenna loop and two separate D-rings. The Bird 'n Lite jacket is REACTAR™ pad compatible (on both right and left sides - pad sold separately). The jacket has lined hand-warmer pockets behind shell pockets (accessed from the sides of the cargo pockets. There are 2 water bottle pockets - one on each side of the jacket. Additional features include: hook and loop adjustable elastic cuffs, zip-through collar, and a license tab on the back of the jacket.
